NAADAC Free Webinar Series

On April 21 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. EST, NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals, will host the webinar “Using RIM for Organic Emotional Healing from Trauma.” Members of NAADAC will obtain 1.5 CEs for free, and non-members will receive 1.5 CEs for $20. Everyone can participate in the webinar for free, and registration is open.

The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) is seeking members for a committee to develop its clinical practice guidelines for treating stimulant use disorder. Applications are due April 23 and can be accessed through the member portal.

NAATP Podcast All Ears on Addiction

The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) recently created a monthly podcast series, All Ears on Addiction, to promote communication, collaboration and resource sharing within the addiction treatment space. Season one, “Colors of Recovery,” features co-hosts Zina Rodriguez and Tania Bhattacharyya, who explore the intersection of addiction recovery and diversity. Episodes are available now.
