-ATIN- -5/21/08- Palm Springs, CA – Attendance at Naatp’s 2008 Leadership Conference soared nearly 30 percent over 2007 levels to 505 attendendees, according to Naatp CEO Ron Hunsicker. The 2008 conference, which was held at the Esmeralda Resort in Indian Wells, CA near Palm Springs, had a completely full exhibit space, with booths sold out months before the conference.
Attendance at the Naatp Leadership Conference, long considered the must attend conference on the addiction treatment conference circuit, is a key barometer of the health of the addiction treatment industry generally, and Naatp has in recent years seen a dramatic surge in membersip levels, in large part due to the many new entrants into the private addiction treatment arena.
