NEW SOLACIUM CEO PLANS BIG PROGRAM EXPANSIONS

-ATIN- -06/05/08 – Taking up the reins of his new job on May 1st, Solacium’s new CEO David Michel says the treatment center and therapeutic schools/wilderness programs operator has big growth plans, which are set to begin execution in the coming months.

Solacium was formed about two years ago from the amalgamation of several properties, including Anthony Geraci’s Fulshear Ranch in Texas and Utah’s New Haven, a therapeutic shool for girls. Michel, a Dallas-based entrepreneur with extensive healthcare experience, told ATIN that Fulshear Ranch has bought 30 additional acres of property and plans, over time, to double the center’s capacity. And at New Haven’s north campus, plans are in place for two new homes with an additional 16 beds of capacity, as well as a new school building.

Solacium is a management company for five different programs that is majority owned by acquisitive private equity boutique CIC Partners of Dallas.
