Rumors Circulating of Palm Beach Grand Jury Indictments  E-mail
Addiction Treatment Industry Newswire

09/19/2014 -ATIN - There are rumors circulating that Grand Jury indictments have been handed down in Palm Beach County for an additional perhaps half dozen sober living operations following the widely publicized FBI raid of Good Decisions Sober Living a few days ago. Published reports said charges against Good Decisions could lead to allegations of allegedly fraudulent overbilling related to excessive urine testing billing to insurance companies in the tens of millions of dollars.

Large Well Known Operations

According to several sources in the South Florida addiction treatment industry that Treatment Magazine considers well informed, the Grand Jury indictments, which are supposed to be kept secret until officially unveiled by state and county attorneys and officials, are aimed at some very large and well known sober living and treatment centers in South Florida as well as some smaller operations.

No Names

Treatment Magazine sources did name the half dozen or so supposed South Florida Grand Jury sober living targets, but we do not feel comfortable publishing those names in the absence of any official confirmation from the Palm Beach DA's office, where calls seeking confirmation went unanswered.
