A program that provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and may also offer counseling or behavioral therapy to individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD). An OTP must be certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and accredited to dispense medication.
