The ASAM’s Annual Conference
The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) will hold its 53rd annual conference from March 31 through April 3, highlighting the latest research and innovation within the field. Topics covered include pain and addiction management across a number of substances, policy and access, and justice and equity. Many networking opportunities will be available as well. View the full conference schedule here.
Registration rates vary, with the option of attending single days or solely the pre-conference course rather than the full event. Healthcare professionals such as physicians and clinicians, researchers, academics, counselors, policymakers and students in the field of addiction medicine are encouraged to attend.
Meanwhile, ASAM’s second abstract submission period is open through Jan. 21. Presenters must prepare physical and electronic posters to showcase research interests and ideas on either April 1 or 2.
