AAC California Murder Charges Thrown Out

-ATIN O4/18/2016- Unprecedented 2nd degree murder charges have been thrown out by a county judge in California, according to American Addiction Industry founder and CEO Micheal Cartwright .The charges were brought against AAC and its president Jerrod Menz and had they been allowed to stand they would have been unprecedented in the history of US corporate jurisprudence.

Cartwright told Treatment Magazine that while the charges were expected to be thrown out by the local judge in response to a motion to do so by defense attorneys representing AAC and Menz, that the company (NYSE: AAC) was ready to move on and concentrate on elevating its share price that admitedly had been hurt by the news of the decision of the local assistant  state attorney to bring the charges.
